Karnivool Scarabs Drum Cover by Troy Wright

This is a cover to another favourite band of mine from Australia called Karnivool. Scarabs is a short instrumental track from their first album Themata. It s a lot heavier than the rest of the material on the album but suits it in its entirety perfectly. The main feel of this track is a polyrhythmic groove over bars of mainly 7 s (check the transcript preview). This was a very fun track to play. I will be doing more Karnivool covers in the future.
