The project of, ICC is pivoted on the ideas and proposals generated by participants of the World Youth Festival Assembly in Nizhny Novgorod, where the World Youth Festival Directorate, in cooperation with with the New Media Workshop, presented a specialized educational course for media professionals from all around the world.
