This small family workshop now employees ten people including grandson Luca Terruzzi, now head of the company as well as two other family members. The blowers do not use molds to create these delicate designs. Thus, each one is just a bit different. De Carlini is the last remaining workshop to produce free blown ornaments in Italy.
