Richardson was on probation for a prior DUI and Fleeing and Eluding conviction. Richardson led deputies on a pursuit into Marion County where he was apprehended after a successful PIT (Precision Immobilization Technique). He is currently in the Alachua County Jail with multiple charges and a 245, 000 bond.
