Found this on my camera from about 10 years ago during a Raynor massage class in Wellington, New Zealand that I thought I would share. Its only short but I thought some people may like to see me getting worked It actually felt really good after, but was somewhat uncomfortable while it was being don It is an intense way to work the feet and obviously you have to be careful on fragile people but it works Adjust the pressure to suit the person.
