Easy Harry Potter Cake Recipe

Four layer Victoria sponge cake sandwiched with jam covered in butter cream in the Gryffindor scarf colours, finished with rice paper toppers on twelve cupcakes and a Harry Potter Pop Vinyl figure. This cake was made for my daughters 9th birthday who is obsessed with Harry Potter, she chose the theme and Pop figure to go with it.
