THATS ALL, FOLKS Once again, the open is CLOSED. I dont know about you, but it kinda felt like it flew by. Well, here it is. Last one, best one, as they say All for time: 5 rounds of: 10 thrusters, weight 1 10 chesttobar pullups Rest 1 minute, then: 5 rounds of: 7 thrusters, weight 2 7 bar muscleups Time cap: 15 minutes 65, 95 lb (29, 43 kg) 95, 135 lb (43, 61 kg) I feel pretty good about my performance here I think. Having to be intentionally conservative makes me wonder if I couldve gone a bit faster.
