This time, the contrapuntal throwback takes us to the 80s with Rick Astleys hit Never Gonna Give You Upfamous in its day and even more popular thanks to Internet meme culture and the rickrolling frenzy of the early 2000s. I ve developed the irritatingly infectious short initial motive of the tune into a 4 voice fugue, showcasing the structure with motion graphics and lighthearted commentary.
