So I thought it was about time I filmed a video to showcase a few things I have learnt since I started pole dancing 2 years ago before I literally can t move anymore I have been suffering with injured shoulders for the last 10 or so months, so filming this video was actually pretty painful I was taught by a great teacher amazing pole dancer (Keem) I hope this makes him proud.
