Grinding a knife bevel with a jig

I made this short video on how I grind a knife. The knife is a hunter style made out of AEBL. I do my own heat treat and prefer to grind this particular steel after it s been heat treated. It s 62Rc and has been bead blasted and acid etched. I like doing it this way as I m done with the blade finish once I m done grinding, unless I want to give it a stonewashed finish. The jig is a TDM Grinding Jig and the grinder is a TDM Super Grinder. More information can be found on these at
