Trial introduction of an abandoned kitten, to see if Hazel will accept her. Honey has been bottle fed since she was abandoned on a porch at maybe a day old, so she may not take to nursing. She has also been sick recently, so needs frequent feeding or nursing to complete her recovery. Hazel is a young and inexperienced mother, so may be hostile or simply overwhelmed.
