In his talk, TO REWARD INNOVATION, Tobia Repossi discusses how to drive innovation in ones environment and how to shape the design process. In doing so he introduces the concept of synesthesia the production of a sense impression relating to one sense or part of the body by stimulation of another sense or part of the body. In other words a kind of crossing of the sensory wires, where some people can smell colours or see sounds. He asks the question, How do we apply this to design Considerin
