Making an Edwardian Gibson Girl Lace Blouse

Hello everyone and welcome to a new video I have been really really digging the Edwardians for the past few months, so when I decided to incorporate more historically inspired items into my wardrobe, I knew an Edwardian lace blouse was ESSENTIAL. I found this pattern by Folkwear, the Gibson Girl blouse which looked perfect. I wasn t able to find as fine insertion lace as I wanted, so instead I used leftover lace from my Edwardian combinations. It doesn t look as delicate as I wanted it but I still like it I was having some trouble sourcing this pattern in the UK so many thanks to Jenn (msjennmakes on Instagram, for sending me this pattern. It wouldn t have been possible otherwise
