Eric Lilliebridge Meet Prep Deadlift Training 881lbs, 400kgs x 1 x 2
This was my 3rd heavy Deadlift training session for my meet prep towards GPA Worlds. So far my peaking cycle is going great and I m actually a head on all of my lifts for where I thought my strength would be at 6 weeks out from the meet. My plan was to pull 400kgs, 881lbs for my top set for this workout but I got forward on my first set at the top and wasn t happy with it, so I decided to do it again.
