The gang conflict in British Columbias Lower Mainland is unlike any other in North America. Many young members are not driven by poverty, but instead come from middleclass homes. Surrey RCMP are working to prevent kids from joining gangs and enforce the law against those already involved in the dangerous lifestyle. Sgt.
