Malibu sits down with TUKIO to discuss selfexpression, defying limitations, and music making. Although surrounded by music growing up, Malibu grew up hating music. Her time at music conservatory was uninspiring. She wasnt interested in competing for first chair, or mastering music theory. Like Jonathan Livingston Seagull, Malibu wanted more than the simple facts of flight. She wanted to soar. And to this day, she spreads her wings on the winds of selfdiscovery.
