Full description below As always, please start with a proper warm up (light, moderate cardio and a stretch first ) 1. Toss to self (opposite hand) 4 rounds x :301min each Toss up and catch underhand Toss up and catch overhand (like straight punches) Toss up and catch from the side (like hooks) Toss up and catch upwards (like uppercut) 2. Toss to self champ 4 count (opposite hand) 23 rounds x 2min each Start with the ball in your rear hand, toss the ball up and complete catches in order of the champs 4 count (JabCrossHookUppercut) Practice these drills with a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, sand bag, etc. For more of a challenge try longer rounds or repeat rounds.
