CB Radio Operator 9 11 heard off of Interstate 95 on Channel 19

Watch as WiFi in the Mobile tunes in and provokes some radio transmissions from a Baltimore CB operator, known as 9 11. The Interstate 95 corridor through Baltimore is his main network broadcast area in which it is rumored his transmissions are powered merely by two AA batteries. He is not known to be a CB crime fighter but is known to give detailed directions, traffic reports and weather reports. Just an all around nice guy.
