Stretching with Partner
Hey you sports friends out there. Here I have some exercises for you to improve your flexibility (Splits, back, etc) for Dance, Cheerleading, Rhythmic Sports Gymnastic, Martial Arts are what ever you like with the help of a partner. I practice these exercises for a long time, but I did not invented them. Some exercises are really more for advanced. Hope you enjoy.
