Sifu Fernandez vs. David Wood (real fight)

This isn t a real fight, but we are hitting each other. More specifically, Sifu Fernandez is allowing me to hit him a bunch, and hitting me a bunch to get my body used to taking pain. Right now I have swollen ankles and bruises all over my body those are real hits. He did this and took a bunch of punches to help my Wing Chun I respect him a lot for that, not many Sifu s allow their students to hit them.
