Bodycam footage shows a Pullman police officer pulling over a vehicle after he noticed that the 19yearold girl behind the wheel was driving recklessly. When he made contact with the driver, he immediately observed signs that she couldve been driving under the influence when he noticed the smell of alcohol coming from her.
