Tracey Thorn in conversation with Leeds Becketts senior lecturer in Media and Culture, Dr Peter Mills. Tracey formed the band Everything But The Girl whilst studying at the University of Hull in 1982 with her partner now husband Ben Watt. They released nine albums between 198499 and found global success with the single Missing.
