Frank Zappa NYC 1988, ( Cam, 2) Receiving Citation, Chunga s Revenge

The Story behind this footage on my end: About 25 years ago, I bought this VHS tape from a store in metro Detroit, MI. It had the Stones RnR Circus on it, but it looked horrible, the official release of it had not come out yet, but I was anxious to see the footage anyway. The tape keeps playing and there was 5mins of a Frank Zappa show at the end. I have no idea why it was on therebut glad it was. End of story.
