This sparse train schedule on the Shinetsu Main Line KaruizawaKomoro had become a root cause of delinquency among the students. Into this environment comes Junko Munakata, a young, music teacher. Stylish, bold, and unconventional, Junko tackles the rebellious and delinquent student groups headon with her cheerful and fearless approach. As she interacts with the students, she draws in the PTA, Japanese National Railways staff, and others around her to spearhead a campaign to increase the number of train services
