ID: Edgar Bucay, 35, was on the highway in Passaic, New Jersey, on Sep 14, when he noticed that the traffic had stopped. He pulled over and went to look at what the traffic had been caused by. As he looked up he saw a strange object hovering in the sky. Edgar filmed for a few minutes as onlookers watched before continuing on his journey.
