A 30 min. workout that combines mobility strength via loaded mobility exercises bodyweight variations. The workout includes: movement prep (warm up), shoulder circuit, spine circuit, hip circuit decompression (cool down). Target Areas: full body (all major joints prioritising shoulders, spine, hips) How To Use: this is its own workout (if done in combination with other strength training, do it after) Equipment: 12 DBs or KBs (you can get away with using just one weight ; I used 8kg and 10kg) , mobilityworkout, mobilitytraining, mobilitywod Hey team Within this class were combining traditional strength work (dynamic, eccentricfocused some isometrics) with weighted mobility exercises.
