10 minutes FEET STRENGTHENING follow along WORKOUT with ballerina Maria Khoreva
Hi everyone In this video I gathered my favorite exercises for feet strengthening into a 10 minutes followalong workout that we can all enjoy together. For these exercises you will just need an elastic band but its optional, you can still enjoy the workout without any equipment.
