A new intense booty workout which doesn t include squats, jumps and lunges It s absolutely kneefriendly and low impact BUT you ll definitely feel the burn right in your glutes. You can shape and build your booty with this training. If it is not that challenging for you, you can of course use ankle weights and a resistance band to make it more intense. :) Intensity: Intense Recommendations: Mindmuscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so. Squeeze your booty nonstop during the workout.
