German police detain teenager in possible connection with deadly knife attack

German police continue to search for suspects after a knife attack at a festival in the countrys west killed three people and wounded at least seven others. A 15yearold boy was arrested early Saturday, but police said he was not the perpetrator. Meanwhile, a prosecutor says a terrorist motive has not been ruled out.
