Gas prices have risen so much in the U. S. that residents in Southern California are waiting hours to cross the southern border into Mexico where gas is subsidized. CGTN s Alasdair Baverstock travels to San Diego, California and Tijuana, Mexico to talk to Americans and Mexicans.
