This week I took a quick trip over to Kelowna to check out a prefab home I saw on instagram. I stopped by Chaparral and was able to get a quick look behind the scenes to check out their factory, some of the projects they ve got going on and their best selling show home called the Bellflower. The Bellflower is a 1604 square foot modular with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a den and a handful of upgrades that make it unique.
