L, S as the Prince gets out of the car at the college. M, S as he walks along line of soldiers and inspects them. The Chancellor takes his hat off and they all shake hands. M, S as they emerge from the university after procession of students in caps and gowns. M, S of Prince Edward making a speech on a platform, he is surrounded by college officials. The group walk down the steps to the door of the new laboratories, and the Chancellor unlocks the door with a key and opens it.
