Hey guys If you have been on the search for a challenging full lower body workout to do on your leg day, here it is This workout will target your quads, glutes, and hamstrings, having you leaving the gym feeling like a wobbly the best way possible of course haha. On a serious note, this workout is a perfect mix of everything in order to ensure each muscle is being properly targeted in both, their lengthened and shortened positions. You will do a mix of strength and hypertrophy training in order to get the best of both worlds when it comes to your leg day workout. So if your ready to challenge yourself and get a serious leg and glute pump, give this a go This workout took me about 1. 5 hours to complete from warm up to finish. Depending on your rest times and how long your warm up routine is, it could be longer or shorter. Make sure you have adequate time to complete the workout as this is a big workout and not rush your rest breaks in between sets Rest
