California Cop Allegedly Caught Stealing From Dead Man

A sheriffs deputy who has been catching criminals for more than a decade may be one himself. Investigators in California say Sheriffs veteran Steve Holtz was caught on tape allegedly breaking into a dead mans house repeatedly to steal his belongings.
