Sheri Fink Five Days at Memorial: Life and Death in a Storm Ravaged Hospital
In her new book, Five Days at Memorial: Life and Death in a StormRavaged Hospital (Crown, 2013), Sheri Fink, correspondent for The New York Times, investigates patient deaths at a New Orleans hospital during Katrina, including the arrest of Dr. Anna Pou for four of the deaths, and the portrayal of the quest for truth and justice. Fink presented a public talk titled, Five Days at Memorial: Life and Death in a StormRavaged Hospital, at 4:30 p. m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, in Dodds Auditorium, Robertson Hall, on the Princeton University campus. This event was cosponsored with Princeton University s Center for Human Values and the Center for Health and Wellbeing.
