19yearold Alex Ye has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted of a plotting a mass shooting at two schools in Montgomery County, Maryland. On Wednesday, Ye was sentenced to 10 years with all but 12 months suspended. Ye was arrested in April 2024, after officials were made aware of Ye s 129page manifesto that outlined plans to commit mass shootings at schools.
