Werbung, , A wonderful Yoga Flow every time you want to calm down need a deep stretch for your whole body. After a workout, in the morning or before bed It is suitable for intermediates but if you are a beginner: don t worry. Always listen to your body and do whatever is possible for your level of flexibility. You can do this routine any time of the day, but I personally love to do it: 1) after a STRENGTH WORKOUT in order to give my muscles a good stretch, preventing stiffness and keeping my body flexible enough to perform my gym exercises with a good technique (think about deadlifts ) 2) in the MORNING to wake up my body to kickstart my day right and enjoy some metime before getting in the daily rush that we call life.
