Comic book animation Photoshop tutorial

This video is about how to take a panel from a comic book and add animation. I animated a new panel from scratch, then I walk through all the steps you need to take to make it into a movie. I didn t rehearse this at all this tutorial is made up of clips from a recording of me making an animation. I just added the commentary later. I had no idea what I was going to do or how it was going to turn out In this part of the tutorial, I cut out all the pieces and reassembled the background.
