Another Scuffle at the zoo with the muscular, ripped chimps from the Twycross zoo at Atherstone, England. Jambo and Mongo, a father and son duo are suffering from alopecia, which is the general medical term for hair loss. update 29th of July 2016 : sadly Mongo passed away. Mongo, aged 22, was undergoing a routine health check for his goiter at Twycross Zoo, but failed to come round from the aesthetic. His dad, who also has alopecia is currently the new alpha male in the new enclosure. Jambo was born at the Twycross Zoo in England. He has alopecia, a form of hair loss he had since his youth. He was born on the 9th of June 1982. His daughter Genet, a brown chimp with a bald back and his mother Coco (1965) are in the same habitat. Jambo s siblings from his father s side are William who was born on the 30th June 1982, Holly was born on the 27th of December 1982 and Jomar was born on the 28th of December 1990 all are in the same habit as Jambo.
