Gay Nineties Ball. Location of events unknown but possibly a club in London. Note: With sound. People in old fashioned fancy dress in ballroom; at back; w, space in front. MS of large man with moustache introducing a singer; who comes out and sings Who broke the bank at Monte Carlo, he dances; w, top hat an cane. After a verse, Couples dance around the room; some of them also singing. Pan over crowd all sorts of fantastic 1890 s style costumes Orchestra starts to play a song. Pan rt. to people joining hands in a big circle; and skipping round DS people dancing; crowded floor. Various shots of the audience singing and dancing. The band starts Daisy Master of Ceremonies introduces another act a line of women in 1890 s costumes w, big hats perched on their heads comes out; joined by men in matching suits they sing and dance, the partygoers are now seated at tables. Potted palms round the sides comedienne, performer dressed in short fluffy skirt; tells jokes; then sings song in highpitch
