Kettlebell sport Jerk 30kg 164reps in 10min
Pace: 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 20. Ive realized that Ive never done 10min Jerk set with 30kg kettlebells. Was always never enough time to give it a shot. I think that was a big miss. Thats important to have experience of 10min with each kettlebell weight from 16kg up to your competition weight. Im heading towards competition in 10min BT 2 x 32kg in three weeks.
