Bodycam DUI Arrest 23 Year Old Woman Gets her 2nd DUI and her Reaction is Theres No Way

On June 25, 2022, Wooster Police Sergeant Webber observed a vehicle run a red light. He initiated a traffic stop and almost immediately saw an open container of Twisted Tea. He asked the 23yearold driver if she had been drinking and she admitted that she had. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). She was arrested for DUI and taken to the Ohio State Patrol post, where an evidentiary breath test (EBT) was performed. The result was 0. 155 BAC. Upon hearing the results, she was in disbelief and repeatedly said, There s no way It turns out this would be her 2nd DUI.
