lo CAL Fit: Thoughts on Cardio, Back, Bi Workout
Living loCAL Series: Episode Four Testing out the new camera mount on my Kawasaki ZX7r and taking a little tour of Rancho Penasquitos. My opinion on when to do cardio and what kind of cardio is most beneficial. Right into a back, bicep workout and finishing things off with my favorite post workout shake. Recipe: hand full of mixed greens(or spinach) 2 cups skim milk 200g frozen strawberries 100g banana 1g creatine monohydrate + 3 fish oil capsules
