Your Name (Kimi no Na wa. ) is probably one of the most beautiful animation films I ve ever watched. Every landscape scene in the film makes me want to take the time to look at and appreciate all the beautiful little details in it. I chose to paint the Miyamizu Shrine scene because of the sun s glare and the peaceful ambience portrayed in the frame. The comet scene was heartbreaking to watch but I really can t get over how mesmerizing the scene looked so I decided to paint it too.
