Shape your glutes and chisel your abs with this sculpting fit ball workout. Squeeze, raise and crunch those problem areas into oblivion You will start with an obliques focused series squeezing the ball between your calves, then move on to a tough glute bridge series with one leg up on the ball, followed by a crunch variations series to hit your upper and side abs and finally a glute raises series using the ball as an elevation.
