This is an overview of the Corrective Exercises for the Deep Squat of the FMS, further descriptions attached. The exercises are not necessarily executed in this order and there may be additional exercises that we use with our customers and athletes. The squat is a movement needed in most athletic events. It is the ready position and is required for most power and lifting movements involving the lower extremities. The deep squat is a test that challenges total body mechanics when performed properly.
