Dean Blye Franks Talk at 2019 Global Education Deans Forum

Professor Blye Frank The University of British Columbia Global Education Deans Forum is an annual meeting coorganized by East China Normal University (China) and University of Kansas (USA). It brings together deans at school of education from around the world to identify common educational issues. The initial meeting was held in October 2018 in Shanghai, China. It featured wisdom of 30 deans from 16 countries across six continents. The second meeting was about the same size, held in October 2019, where this innovation talk served in a special panel.
