How To Find Opals

Shop Opal Excavations here: The rains fall once again This week we are back fossicking the white cliffs opal field, making the most of the wet and muddy conditions. Generally its hard to mine when the rains come so getting in a good fossick helps keep us occupied and making some income As a bonus sometimes we also pick up some really awesome bits The field hasnt been this muddy in a while and while its good fun there isnt a car wash in town We managed to find ourselves a lot of small chips of opal and a handful of cuttable material. Some we set aside the solid stuff as the majority was doublet material.
