Yoga Exercises with the Reclining Bound Angle and Side Seated Angle Poses In this video, I will begin by doing a reclining bound angle pose. This will stretch out your thighs. While in this pose, I will do several different stretching exercises for the legs. Next, I will do a frog pose with blocks to maximize the stretch. I will then transition into a seated straddle pose while placing my feet onto the blocks to maximize the stretch. From there, I will transition into a variation of a side seated angle and a seated extended leg squat pose. This will stretch out your legs. I will go back into a seated straddle pose and finally go into a frog pose again. The last part of the routine, I will do a variation of a reclining twist pose. Yoga is serenity.
