I wanted to showcase a sampling of my favorite photos of Alexei since his story was what first got me interested in the Romanovs at age 9 or 10. Some of the photos are famous, some are rare finds. I ve been collecting them for about five years now. :) I am uploading as a belated birthday tribute to him. He would have turned 108 this past August 12.
